I use this particular stevia product pictured here: SweetLeaf. I use the the Stevia Plus in smoothies, and I love it!

This product not only has a low glycemic index, but a 0 glycemic index!–as well as 0 calories and 0 carbs– I understand the only stevia brand or sweetener on the market with all three properties! It also the only stevia brand whose product is extracted from the stevia leaf using only pure water,making it the most natural with no aftertaste. Other brands use solvents and chemicals during extraction and some are, as far as I know, now trying to mask the weird aftertaste with other stuff.
