a fibrimyalgia cure need not be so difficult start hereGood Nutritional Supplementation for daily energy boost  with Chronic Fatigue /Fibromyalgia is very important for good overall health. There are several vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that can have powerful nutritional affects for people with Fibromyalgia. This here , which you can see gives you all of the most critical ingredients that you need for FM .This Fibromyalgia formula of vitamins and minerals should work together synergistically to help improve energy levels and overall health.

  • Vitamin E: Helps to relieve pain in FMS patients. Can also improve leg cramps at night which interfere with sleep.
  • Vitamin C: Enhances immune function by increasing natural killer cells, B and T cells. Can prevent chronic bladder infections by acidifying urine.
  • Vitamin D: Regulates immune functions of monocytes and neutrophils.
  • Magnesium: Involved with immune support. Working with malic acid, enhances immune function by increasing natural killer cells. Magnesium is also critical for the relief of muscle pain.
  • Inositol: Enhances immune function by increasing natural killer cells.
  • Malic Add: Working with magnesium, improves energy levels by improving cellular functions. Especially important in muscle metabolism.
  • Amino Adds: Glycine, Serine, Taurine, and Tyrosine are essential for the production of energy in the body. They are also essential for brain function ( brain fog ).
  • Zinc: Supports the immune system by enhancing neutrophil activity and supporting healthy antigen-antibody binding.
  • Selenium: Supports immune function by enhancing antibody production.
  • Fructooligosaccharides: Provides nutrition for good bacteria in the intestinal tract, improving digestion and promoting healthy microflora.

All of these vitamins, minerals, and other nutritional supplements on the list are very important to ensure recovery from Fibromyalgia Symptoms. But most impprtantly, never forget to add a good vitamin B-Complex to your regimen. The B vitamin formula, which should include niacinamide, thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, and choline is especially important to restore the energy production needs of your body, as well as mental function.

  • Niacinamide: Essential vitamin that is a component of the body’s energy furnace that helps to improve fatigue and “brain fog.”
  • Thiamine: Essential in the process of energy production. This vitamin also removes lactic acid from muscles, which causes them to be sore in fibromyalgia patients.
  • Vitamin B6: Working along with thiamine, this vitamin is critical in the process of energy production.
  • Pantothenic Acid: This vitamin improves adrenal gland function, which will boost energy levels. It can also aid in weight loss by decreasing appetite.
  • Folic Acid: Aids in strengthening the immune system and aids in mental clarity and concentration.
  • Vitamin B12: Important for brain function and nerve repair. Aids in relieving fatigue symptoms in CFS patients.

Allot of studies have shown that people with CFS/FMS are often deficient in many of the B vitamins, which tends to worsen their symptoms of fatigue and mental “fogginess” and ultimately leads to a weakened immune system. A fibromyalgia cure is not simple , but starting with the natural  basics is the best way to get are bodies back to a state of well being.

Protienuria Kidney Symptoms of Diabetes

protienuria kidney symptoms of diabetesProtienuria is from protein and urine) which means the presence of an excess of serum proteins in the urine. The protein in the urine often causes the urine to become very foamy and sticky, although foamy urine may also be caused by bilirubin in the urine, or it can be related to some drugs such as pyridium.

The 2005 UK Chronic Kidney Disease guidelines states that PCR is a better test than 24 hour urinary protein measurement. Proteinuria is defined as a Protein:creatinine ratio >45 mg/mmol (which is equivalent to Albumin:creatinine ratio of >30 mg/mmol) with very high levels of nephrotic syndrome being for PCR > 100 mg/mmol.

Proteinuria may be a sign of renal (kidney) damage ,one of the symptoms of diabetes. Your serum proteins are readily reabsorbed from urine, which then shows the presence of excess protein , which indicates either an insufficiency of absorption or impaired filtration. Most all Diabetics may suffer from damaged nephrons and develop proteinuria. The most common cause of proteinuria is diabetes and with many  people with proteinuria and diabetes the etiology of the underlying proteinuria should be separated into two categories: diabetic proteinuria versus the field.

That is why I am looking for an alternative or preventitive treatment to help the kidneys from getting so bad that a person will need dialysais. Here I found a product to help the kidneys regenerate and reduce the levels of protien and creatinine in the urine .I have been taking this for only one month , which I am proud to say has improved my kidney function by 15% .

Kidney Well is an Herbal Support for Healthy Kidney Function and Healthy Creatinine & Protein Levels* Healthy Support for Imbalance Contributing to Glomerulonephritis, IgA Nephropathy, Nephrotic Syndrome, and FSGS* Healthy Urinary Protein Levels* Healthy Creatinine Levels*. this  is something anyone  with these problems should try. For me alternative treatments are a healtheir way for the body to overcome  the many side affects of drugs and chemicals , I am pleased with the outcome so far, product available on page 7 of natural treatments. This has really changed my life for the better.

Natural Alternatives Taking a Look at Stevia

natural alternatives taking at look at steviaWith our nation’s problem with obesity in any age of today, artificial sweeteners have a place for people who consume more calories than they should from sweets,” says Gans. “But artificial sweeteners should not take over your diet because that means you’re eating way too many processed foods.

One advantage Stevia has over others like Sweet N’ Low, Equal and Splenda is that it is not made artificially in a lab.

Stevia,  is a sweetener made from the leaves of a South American shrub .Recently the Food and Drug Administration  approved its use in  December of 2008 to be classified as a sweetener (it was only a dietary supplement).

Though stevia is yet to get the official approval in Europe, the Japanese have been using it for the last 30 years.
So what does stevia have that the other sweeteners don’t? For starters, liquid stevia is 10 to 15 times sweeter than regular table sugar. Stevia gets its sweetness from glycosides - a combination of glucose (a form of sugar) and stevia. In the stevia plant, Stevioside has the largest concentration of glycoside. Stevioside constitutes nearly 10 percent of the dried stevia plant, and is nearly 300 times as sweet as sugar. Stevia has also one distinct advantage over other sweeteners- it’s a true blue natural sweetener.Stevia is a low calorie and natural sweetener, making it perfect for new age types, who want the zero calories without the chemicals.

You don’t have to wait for Coke or Pepsi to try stevia though, it’s inexpensive and available right now. Try the packets or liquid to sweeten foods and drinks.

Stevia is sweet, but if you use a lot of it, you begin to pick up a characteristic stevia taste, which is similar to licorice or fennel. It’s not unpleasant, but it does means that stevia works great in certain things - iced or  hot teas, plus gingerbread and other spicey-sweet foods - but not so well in others, like coffee, cereals or protein shakes. For that, you should try other natural alternatives like xylitol or erythritol both of which are 100% natural and safe, both of which look and taste like sugar, both of which contribute only a small fraction of sugar’s calories and most importantly, have next-to-no impact on your blood sugar levels.
